1. Reservation and Payment Payment:
Full payment must be made at the time of reservation. Payment can be made via credit card and QRIS. Confirmation: After payment is received, a confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
2. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package cost. Cancellations made 5 days or less before the departure date are non-refundable. Cancellation by 3QCloudTrip: If 3QCloudTrip cancels the trip due to certain reasons (bad weather, natural conditions, or other operational reasons), customers will receive a full refund or a rescheduling option at no additional cost.
3. Schedule Changes
Schedule changes can be made up to 5 days before the original departure date, subject to availability. Changes may incur an administrative fee.
